GAME PREVIEW (Grays at Big Train 6-17-16)
By: DCGrays.com Press The Grays(4-5) want to get the bitterness of that 13-1 opening night loss out of their mouths. Tonight they will get a chance to do so as they travel to Bethesda, MD to take on the Bethesda Big Train tonight. The Big Train(4-4) of course were the team that handed the Grays that loss at Nats Academy opening night, but now will play host to the Grays tonight barring any inclement weather. Ironically the Grays starting pitcher tonight will be Simon Rosenblum-Larson (Lafayette) who was the starter opening night as well. Rosenblum-Larson currently sits at a record of 0-1 with a 5.79 ERA. “The kid didn’t pitch bad that day. Two costly errors hurt him that day but we hope to play much better defense and we feel that our bats have come around since then” said Reggie Terry the Grays Manager. First pitch is scheduled for 7:30p at the Big Train home, Shirley Povich Field (10600 Westlake Drive, Rockville, MD 20852)
