Grays back to winning waysJune 13, 2012 – The DC Grays snapped a three-game losing skid with a wire-to-wire 7-5 win over Youse’s Orioles in Baltimore. The win raises the Grays’ inaugural season record to 3-4.
Grays 2B Mike Genovese (Seton Hall) led the offensive attack with four hits, and SS Zach Lopes (Delaware) and 1B Kris Moules (Morehead State) chipped in with two hits each. On the mound, Danny O’Donnell (George Washington) notched his first win with six innings of effective work. Click here for stats and the boxscore. The Grays return to Hoy Field tomorrow to take on the Rockville Express at 5:00pm.
