Grays drop Nats for second straight winJune 20, 2012 – The DC Grays won their second straight game at home tonight, beating the Southern Maryland Nationals 6-2 at Hoy Field to improve to 5-8 in their inaugural season.
The Grays were paced by the pitching of right-hander Joe Donino (Columbia), who scattered just three hits over 7 1/3 innings to secure the win. Grays C Blake Overmiller (Catonsville CC) led the offensive attack with a home run and a triple, and SS Zach Lopes (Delaware) chipped in with two hits and two runs.
